Proudly part of the City Fertility Network
First Step Fertility now offers an online payment service for patients to pay their invoices, conveniently and securely, at any time. With our pay online option, you can settle your treatment fees anytime, from anywhere, securely using our system.
Our online payment option allows you to pay your bill online via our secure Commonwealth Bank platform, up to three days before your procedure. On the day of your treatment, the payment is applied to your invoice, and a claim is automatically submitted to Medicare. Eligible rebates are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days. This online payment system helps reduce delays between paying for your cycle and receiving Medicare reimbursements.
Medicare Online claiming is available at all First Step Fertility clinics. This is a secure and convenient way to claim your rebate without having to visit a Medicare office.
If you do not have Medicare, you can still pay online for your treatment using the secure online payment system. In such cases, full bill payment online is required either on the day your fertility treatment begins or on the first day of your cycle.
Please refer to your individual fee estimate regarding the amount required to be paid and for your unique identifier code (C code) which is required for all online payments.
Please select which state and clinic you are having treatment in to pay online.
After proceeding to payment, you will be directed to the secure online payment gateway of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Please note: Your Unique identifier (C code) can be found in your fee estimate under payment options. If you are unable to locate the code, please contact the clinic you are attending to request this information.
At First Step Fertility, you can pay your bill online securely, or use EFTPOS, credit card, or direct bank transfer to complete your payment.
Yes, patients with Medicare may receive rebates when undergoing IVF at First Step Fertility, significantly reducing out-of-pocket costs.
Patients with a valid Medicare card and eligible referrals can claim IVF rebates. Using our online payment system helps speed up rebate processing.
